Pre-sale terms and refund policy

01What you are buying

One purchase of the Alpha CRE Founders Club, at $1,499 one time. It includes:

• Lifetime access to the full Build Track, all six stages and every elective after, as they ship.
• A place in the founding cohort. Its dates are published October 1, 2026; see section 02.
• Office hours, twice monthly, recorded.
• The Gap-Memo consult: a 1:1 session to brainstorm or walk through anything you want to build.
• The bonus stack: the sample Master Dataset, the template pack, and the MVP walkthrough.
• For the first 10 seats only, a 1:1 build review with the founder.

The Apprenticeship is a training program. It teaches you to build working systems using Excel, SQL, Power BI and Python. It is not investment advice, accounting advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of any business or career outcome.

02When you get it

Stage 0 ships when it is built. We will publish the date on October 1, 2026, once the build passes its own gate, and we will not publish one before that. These terms deliberately do not name a delivery date, because we do not yet have one we are confident in. We named one before, on a build that could not have met it, and we would rather correct that in public than let it stand.

Nothing is delivered on the day you pay. Stage 0 is not recorded yet, and the sample Master Dataset and template pack are not built yet. That is what a pre-sale is, and it is why section 03 exists. Your access does not depend on your purchase date: buying earlier does not get you in sooner, and buying later in the enrollment window does not cost you anything.

The founding cohort is a delivery window, not a set of classes you have to attend live. You receive the Build Track as it ships across that window, with office hours throughout, and the recordings stay yours. Its start and end dates are published October 1, 2026, and the window always runs far enough to reach the Deal Desk in section 04.

03If we miss a date

This is the part that matters, so it is stated plainly and it is a commitment, not a courtesy. Two dates bind us: the one in section 02 by which we publish the schedule, and every delivery date on that schedule once it exists.

• If we have not published the schedule by October 1, 2026, we will email you on or before that date, tell you when we will, and tell you why. That promise is binding in exactly the way a delivery date is.
• Once a delivery date is published, if we do not meet it we will email you on or before that date, tell you the new date, and tell you why.
• You then choose. You can accept the new date and keep your seat, or you can cancel and get a full refund of everything you paid, including any sales tax collected. Either answer is fine and you do not have to justify it.
• If you do not reply to a delay notice within 14 days, we refund you automatically. Silence is treated as cancellation, not as consent.
• If we never ship at all, you get a full refund without having to ask for one.

The same applies to each later release in the schedule above: a missed date gets a notice with a new date, and a refund is always an option you can take.

04The Build-It Guarantee

In full: the Deal Desk is the Stage 4 artifact, so the cohort window is always set to run far enough to reach Stage 4 rather than ending before the thing it guarantees exists. If you work through the cohort material and do not finish with a working Deal Desk, tell us and we refund you.

You keep everything you built. We do not ask for the files back, we do not revoke anything you made, and there is no clawback of work product. Claim it any time up to 30 days after the cohort ends, on the end date published October 1, 2026. Until that date exists, the claim window is open.

05How to get a refund

Email support@alphacre.io with "Founders Club refund" in the subject line. Use the address you bought with, or tell us which one you used. You do not need a reason and we will not ask you to sit through a retention pitch.

• We confirm by email within 2 business days and issue the refund within 7 business days of confirming.
• Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. We cannot send it somewhere else. Your bank decides how long it takes to appear, usually 5 to 10 business days.
• Any sales tax collected is refunded with the purchase.
• A refund ends your Founders Club access and your place in the cohort. If a later buyer would be past the 100-seat cap, your seat returns to the pool.

You can refund under section 03 (a missed date), under section 04 (the Build-It Guarantee), or simply because you changed your mind at any point before anything has been delivered to you. Nothing has been delivered yet, so today there is nothing for us to argue about.

06What lifetime access means

It means one payment and no renewal, for as long as Alpha CRE operates. You get every stage of the Build Track and every elective added after, at no additional cost, with no seat fee and no upgrade tier above it.

Being specific about the edges:

• It is one person's access. It is not a team or firm license, and it is not transferable or resellable. Team and firm access is a separate Enterprise arrangement.
• Course material is licensed to you for your own professional use. You may use everything you build in your own work and at your employer. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish the course material itself.
• If Alpha CRE ever shuts down, we will give members at least 90 days notice and make the material you have access to downloadable before it closes. Lifetime means we do not charge you again; it cannot mean a company operates forever.
• Third-party software the course teaches, such as Microsoft Excel or Power BI, is not included. You bring your own licenses for those.

Access can be ended without a refund only for sharing your login, redistributing course material, or abusive conduct toward other members or staff.

07Price, tax, and payment

$1,499, plus applicable sales tax, charged once in US dollars.

The price is quoted before tax. Where we are required to collect sales tax, it is calculated from your billing address and added on top of $1,499 at checkout. You see the exact total, including any tax, before you confirm payment. There is no surprise at the payment step.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never received or stored by Alpha. You get a receipt and an invoice by email, which is what most buyers need to expense the purchase.

08Seats and enrollment

The Founders Club is capped at 100 seats. Enrollment closes when those seats fill, or on the close date we publish October 1, 2026, whichever comes first.

After that the Founders price rises and the founding-cohort bonuses close. We do not publish the later price in advance, and we will not reopen the founding price for individual buyers after it closes.

09Changes to these terms

Each version of this page carries a version number and an effective date, shown at the top. When you buy, the version in force is recorded against your payment, so what you agreed to is a matter of record rather than of memory.

A later version never reduces what an earlier buyer was promised. If we change these terms, your purchase stays governed by the version you accepted, and we will email members before any change that affects them.
